Breath & Tides
A Lunar Pranayama journey into the subtle intelligence of breath
An intimate guided online immersion where breath becomes prayer, rhythm becomes refuge, and practice becomes a living trail back to consciousness.

This course is a 30-day online immersion guiding you through a complete traditional Pranayama Sadhana called Ekadasi, a profound breathwork technique rooted in the tantric lineage and transmitted as a living sadhana.
This is not a drop-in class or a collection of random techniques. It is a progressive, rhythmic, and embodied journey designed to be practiced consistently over time, allowing breath to penetrate deeply into the layers of the subconscious mind to clear out physical and energy blockages. This journey unfolds gradually, allowing the breath to slowly reorganize your inner landscape — nervous system, energy flow, and perception.
Explore a step-by-step methodology to build a relationship with breath that can hold you through change, intensity, and transformation.
Open the doors to the abundant, vibrant, life-giving energies around and within you!

This journey creates the inner ground needed for advanced yogic practices — and for living with greater presence, health, and empowerment. Through steady engagement with this Sadhana, you may experience:
A felt sense of inner refuge, accessible through breath in moments of intensity
A structure of accountability through a guided program of daily Pranayama practice, to help you refine your relationship with prana as lived sensation, not abstract concept
Breath as a pathway back to consciousness, not just a technique you remember intellectually
Tapping into the body’s own capacity for self-healing and regeneration
An embodied knowledge of the energetic and mental impact of breathwork practices, strengthening your capacity to cultivate presence

I feel honored to walk alongside you on this journey!
We’re all (or at least a good part of us) searching for a sense of meaning and balance in life, yet each of us is unique. We have unique personalities, lifestyles and needs, which means a one-size-fits-all model of inquiry/practice doesn’t work. We have big questions about life and purpose but it’s deeply personal the way we navigate these questions.
I am interested in how we can honour our uniqueness and also explore our sameness and connection.
The teachings shared in this course are not intended to be another box you stuff yourself into. Much of the contrary! My intention is to use them to support your expansion beyond all boxes while still drawing from wisdom gained over thousands of years of data-driven inner inquiry.
They are intended to develop your curiosity about the workings of your mind and give you easier access to expanded awareness.
I hope these teachings can inspire transformation and personal growth, and open up a world of magic that already lies within and around you!
With love,
Janaina

Previous experience with breathwork is necessary, but it doesn’t need to be necessarily through yogic practices. The course is structured progressively and emphasizes awareness and safety, which makes it accessible for people with some kind of experience with pranayama/breathwork. If you have practiced any kind of breathwork before and you are able to work with breath retention, this program is accessible for you. Intermediate and experienced practitioners are welcome and will often appreciate the depth, structure, and continuity of the program.
There are for sure lots of great courses out there. The only problem I see is that many offer great intellectual information but very few opportunities for integration from an embodiment perspective, so we end up without ever really feeling like we own that knowledge. Information that doesn’t become an embodied experience rarely leads to change. This course has the purpose to offer an embodied experience of how the mastery of the breath can transform ourselves and our lives. The secret is in the practice!
