Luminous Breath is an in-depth 64-days program starting 19th October 2026, but you will have access to the content for 1 whole year, so you can follow the program at your own pace!

"LUMINOUS BREATH" IS REGISTERED AS A CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSE WITH YOGA ALLIANCE

During this 64-day journey we will progressively explore the solar dimensions of pranayama practice.
You will be guided through the complete Pancha Sahita Sadhana, foundational training in Bandhas, Yoga Nidra practices, somatic explorations of the organs, and advanced Pancha Laya Kriyas.
Each day you will receive practices, lectures, written guidance, and integration material designed to support steady progression.
Most daily practices require approximately 20–30 minutes.
As the journey unfolds and practices deepen, some sessions may require additional time.

CLOSING CIRCLE (Live): DEC 21st (Tuesday) 3pm – 4pm
LIVE SESSIONS
Weekly live sessions will run throughout the program (from 19th Oct to 21st Dec).
Time of live sessions will be announced to all participants previous to the Opening Circle.
All live sessions will be recorded and made available on the course page so you can watch it at any time.
SELF-PACED SCHEDULE
You may follow the journey over the 64-day period it will be offered, following the suggested schedule and participating in the weekly live sessions via Zoom.
For those with a busy schedule, you can take the course as a self-paced program, and move as quickly or slowly through the content as you’d like.
All content remains available for one year from the course release date, including live sessions recordings.

Frequently Asked Questions
This is a hybrid program, with pre-recorded material and live sessions running over the period it is being offered. Even though a schedule is suggested, you can take the course at your own pace and you will have access to all content (including live session recordings) for a whole year. You will have the option to join the monthly live sessions if you enroll between 19th Oct and 21st Dec, or watch the recordings later on.
Yes, you can sign up at any time. You will have access to the content for 12 months from the day the course is released (or the day you purchase it).
All live sessions are recorded and uploaded to the course platform, so you can watch them anytime.
Strongly recommended but not mandatory. The practices in Luminous Breath build directly upon the foundations established in Breath & Tides, particularly breath awareness, retention, and energetic sensitivity. So you will definitely take more out of the course if you’ve taken Breath & Tides.
Most daily practices require between 20–30 minutes, though some advanced practices may require additional time.
Previous experience with breathwork is necessary, but it doesn’t need to be necessarily through yogic practices. The course is structured progressively and emphasizes awareness and safety, which makes it accessible for people with some kind of experience with pranayama/breathwork. If you have practiced any kind of breathwork before and you are able to work with breath retention, this program is accessible for you. Intermediate and experienced practitioners are welcome and will often appreciate the depth, structure, and continuity of the program.
There are for sure lots of great courses out there. The only problem I see is that many offer great intellectual information but very few opportunities for integration from an embodiment perspective, so we end up without ever really feeling like we own that knowledge. Information that doesn’t become an embodied experience rarely leads to change. This course has the purpose to offer an embodied experience of how the mastery of the breath can transform ourselves and our lives. The secret is in the practice!
Yes, this course can count as your ‘continuing education’ commitment with Yoga Alliance if you are a registered Yoga teacher (RYT). At the end of the course you will find detailed instructions on how to register your CE hours with Yoga Alliance on their website.
We will have a group chat on Telegram for the course participants to ask questions, exchange information, share experiences and reflections, etc (you will find instructions on how to enter the chat once you enroll). There you can ask any questions you might have during the course and it is also a good opportunity for things to get more clear to everyone.
