What if your practice became a way of experiencing life?

What if it became a way of meeting yourself, your body, and the world around you — again and again?

The Wild Body Project is an online practice space where movement, breath, sound, touch and contemplation become pathways for reconnecting with the body, creativity, nature and everyday life. A place to practice, explore, listen, rest, play and remember.

The Body is a Living Landscape

We live in a culture that often teaches us to improve, optimize and control the body. The Wild Body Project begins somewhere else. It approches the body is a living landscape - a place of intelligence, sensation, imagination, instinct, memory, creativity and belonging.

The Wild Body Project brings together practices from different disciplines with the intention of exploring what different practices can open, awaken and reveal. Here you will find:

  • Movement

Yoga · Somatics · Dance · Movement Studies · Mobility · Functional Movement · Strength Training · Aerial Yoga

  • Breath

Pranayama · Breathwork · Meditation · Breath awareness

  • Touch

Self-massage · Body awareness · Somatic touch explorations

  • Sound

    Voice · Chanting · Resonance · Listening

  • Contemplation

Philosophy · Reflection · Journaling · Embodied inquiry

Rather than simply adding another collection of classes to an endless library, each month has a central theme.

A question.

An inquiry.

A quality of experience.

The theme becomes a thread running through the month's practices and gatherings.

One month might invite us into Support.

Another into Flow, Listening, Rest, Rhythm or Wonder. Possibilities are endless.

We explore the theme through different practices, different elements and different ways of experiencing the body.

HERE IS WATH YOU'LL GET EACH MONTH

  • Live Practice & Gathering

Live online sessions - PRACTICE (exploring the month's theme through movement, breath, sound and touch); and GATHERING (a space to explore the theme through philosophy, reflection and embodied inquiry).

  • Micro & Daily Practices

Short practices designed to meet you in the midst of everyday life — when you have five minutes, twenty minutes, or simply a moment to pause.

  • Immersion Practices

Longer recorded practices to return to whenever you need deeper exploration.

EVERYTHING IS RECORDED!

Live sessions become part of the growing library, so you can participate live or practice in your own time.

Returning to Wonder, One Practice at a Time

There is a whole world to discover in the body, and another one around it. But perhaps they were never separate. The body feels the world. The world moves through the body. Practice can be a way of awakening to this — to the wonder, mystery and magic of being alive.

THEY ARE OUR MAP

Earth. Water. Fire. Air. Ether.

The elements offer another way of navigating the practices — not as rigid categories, but as qualities, landscapes and ways of experiencing.

EARTH

Grounding · Support · Stability · Strength · Touch

WATER

Flow · Feeling · Creativity · Adaptability · Expression

FIRE

Transformation · Vitality · Will · Power · Courage

AIR

Breath · Voice · Connection · Lightness · Freedom

ETHER

Presence · Awareness · Mystery · Contemplation · Integration

You might develop strength through the qualities of Earth, the fluidity of Water, the power of Fire, the spaciousness of Air or the contemplation of Ether.

Every month, you will encounter the elements in different ways.

A single theme can move through the whole elemental landscape.

The elements give us a map.

The monthly themes give us a thread.

The practices give us a way in.

The Wild Body Project isn't launching with hundreds of videos waiting for you to consume.

It is designed to grow as we practice together.

Each month, new practices are created around the central inquiry and added to the library.

Over time, these practices become an evolving collection you can return to according to what you need.

The Wisdom of Wildness

Wildness isn't about being untamed. It is something we can reconnect with. The part of us that senses, feels, moves, imagines and responds before everything becomes thought. A body that is constantly being shaped and moved by life — by the world around us, by our inner landscapes, by relationships, seasons, places and experience. A body in relationship with itself, with others and with the living world. The Wild Body Project is an invitation to listen for that wildness — and give it space to move.

Not every day gives us an hour or more for practice.

Sometimes we have ten minutes.

Not every day we need the same practice.

Sometimes we need to move. Sometimes we need to breathe. Sometimes we need to rest. Sometimes we need to shake things up. Sometimes we simply need to listen.

That's why the library will include practices of different lengths and intensities:

MICRO PRACTICES

5–15 minutes

For moments in the middle of ordinary life.

DAILY PRACTICES

15–40 minutes

For cultivating a regular rhythm.

IMMERSION PRACTICES

40–90 minutes

For when you have the time and desire to go deeper.

The intention is not to add another obligation to your life.

It is to make practice available as part of life itself.

  • You are curious about the body and how it moves, feels and perceives

  • You enjoy exploring different practices rather than following one discipline

  • You want to develop a meaningful and sustainable practice tailored to your needs

  • You are drawn to movement research, yoga, dance, somatics, breathwork, meditation or embodied exploration

  • You want to reconnect with creativity, vitality and curiosity

  • You want practices that can extend beyond the mat and into everyday life

  • You value depth, experience and exploration over trends and quick fixes

A living practice space for re-enchanting the body and cultivating a deeper relationship with life

This is an Invitation

To slow down enough to notice. To move in ways you haven't moved before. To listen to the body beneath the noise. To breathe. To feel. To rest. To play. To explore. To remember that the body is not separate from nature. And that practice can re-enchant our relationship with ourselves and the living world.

  • Do I need experience to join?

No. The Wild Body Project is open to people with different levels of experience. Practices will be offered at different levels and will include variations and different ways of approaching the experience, so you can find an entry point that feels appropriate for you. You don't need to be flexible, strong, experienced in yoga, familiar with somatic practices or any of the practice styles. What matters most is curiosity and a willingness to explore.

  • What kind of practices will I find inside?

The Wild Body Project brings together practices from different disciplines, including yoga, dance, somatics, breathwork, meditation, mobility, functional movement, voice, sound, touch and contemplation. You don't have to follow one particular method or discipline. You can explore different practices according to your interests, needs and the monthly inquiry.

  • How does the monthly theme work?

Each month we explore a central inquiry — such as Support, Flow, Listening, Courage, Rest or Wonder. The theme becomes a thread connecting that month's practices, teachings and gatherings. You can explore it through different elements and different practices, or simply choose what speaks to you.

  • How much new content is added each month?

Each month brings new practices connected to the current inquiry, including an Immersion Practice, Daily Practices, Micro Practices and two live sessions. The library grows gradually, so you can discover new material without being overwhelmed by an enormous collection from the beginning.

  • What are the live sessions like?

There are two live sessions each month: Live Practice — a longer embodied journey exploring the month's inquiry through movement, breath, somatics, meditation, dance or other practices. Live Teaching & Gathering — a space for philosophy, reflection, conversation and embodied inquiry. All live sessions are recorded and added to the library, so you can watch them later if you can't attend live.

  • What if I can't attend the live sessions?

That's completely fine. All live sessions are recorded and become part of the growing library. You can participate live when you can, or practice with the recordings in your own time.

  • How much time do I need to dedicate to the project?

There is no required schedule. You might have five minutes for a Micro Practice, 20 minutes for a Daily Practice, or an hour to immerse yourself in a longer practice. The intention is to create a relationship with practice that can move with you through different seasons and circumstances — rather than another thing you have to keep up with.

  • What happens after I join?

You'll receive access to The Wild Body Project and its growing practice library. From there, you can explore the current month's inquiry, join the live sessions, return to existing practices, or simply follow your curiosity. There is no right place to begin. Begin where you are.
